Jimena has over eight years of professional experience in labor counseling and litigation in several leading Firms in Mexico. She obtained her law degree from “Universidad Iberoamericana”.
Her experience and practice include the following activities:
- Labor advice regarding the prevention of labor risks and contingencies.
- Individual proceedings before Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards attending hearings of conciliation, complaint and defense.
- Attention to inspections carried out by the Labor and Social Welfare Department.
