Erick obtained his Law degree from Universidad Tecnológica de México.  He is part of our Litigation Department and his experience and practice include the following activities: 

• Individual proceedings before Local and Federal Conciliation and Arbitration Labor Boards attending hearings of conciliation, complaint and defense. 

• Special advice to companies in order to prevent labor contingencies derived from employment terminations.
