Luis graduated with a degree in Law from Universidad Anáhuac México Norte, obtained a major in Human Resources Management from the Ibero-American University of Mexico City. He also obtained a Master’s degree on Labor Law from Escuela Libre de Derecho.
He has more than fifteen years of experience in both litigation and labor consulting. He is specialized in Labor Consulting, its activities and practice areas within the Firm include:
Labor strategies in case of mergers, acquisitions and closing of companies, as well as consulting and elaboration of labor strategy in the following subjects: Contracting schemes, compensation plans, stock options for employees, Distribution of Utilities, Application of Codes of Conduct and Internal Regulation of Work, support in the terminations of work, strategies related to recent amendments regarding subcontracting and / or outsourcing, among others.
